SmartTID is designed to integrate with most payroll systems on the Danish market. The goal is to make the transfer of working hours to payroll as simple and automated as possible.

SmartTID does not handle the actual payroll calculations in kroner and øre. That is done by the payroll system. Instead, SmartTID provides payroll-ready data based on employees’ working hours, overtime, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. This allows manual data entry to be replaced by an efficient integration.

Among other things, the system provides pay items and units for each employee for the selected pay period, ensuring that the payroll system has all the necessary information for accurate payroll processing.

Integration can be achieved either by reading a file from SmartTID and importing it into the payroll system, or through a direct data transfer between the systems.
